The Apex Apartments
The redevelopment will transform the Apex Apartments, at 2900 South Glebe Road, from two four-story buildings into two larger five-story buildings, with planned underground parking spaces.
Currently, the Apex contains 137 units in the two buildings, with 110 of the units designated for affordable housing. The developer, AHC Inc., has plans for 256 units in the new buildings and will set aside 155 of them as affordable.
This project is EarthCraft Gold certified and Net-Zero ready.
