Tamsin Himes
Architectural Historian
Tamsin’s fascination with architecture began with the buildings she grew up around, recognizing how their design and history influenced her life and memories. This early connection deepened through travel and research, sparking a love for traditional buildings, their craftsmanship, and their cultural significance. With an undergraduate degree in art and a master’s degree in architectural preservation, Tamsin has built a career in preservation project analysis and historic building research. She is particularly interested in discovering how architectural styles both shape and are shaped by the cultures around them.
