Arlington County Permit Office

MTFA provided the programming, planning and design, and construction administration services for this 28,000 square foot office facility.

This facility expands the existing capacity of government offices to meet projected growth needs and more importantly is organized to create a more productive work environment. MTFA successfully organized the varied public and office space requirements into orienting, efficient, and secure spaces to help the leadership and associated departments have both tailored space for their work requirements and flexibility for natural changes in the workplace. This project achieved LEED Silver certification.
