MTFA is excited to announce a new addition to our portfolio - the beautiful Hilton Arlington-Rosslyn hotel. A Dittmar property, this mixed use project will include 331 hotel rooms, nearly 28,000 SF of meeting/event space, a destination restaurant, and spectacular 360° views of the Washington, DC, Arlington, and Potomac River skyline. 517 apartments will also be located on the property making it a true destination for travel, events and living.
