Andrew Benavides, AIA

PROJECT ARCHITECT

As a constant advocate for helping others and bringing about progress, Andrew relies on his established architectural and design knowledge to bring equitable and sustainable progress to his community. Having graduated with both a Bachelor of Design and a Master of Architecture from the University of Florida, Andrew is able to not only support communities through programs he helped kick-start, such as rebuilding resilient communities in Puerto Rico but also explore new ways Designers and Architects can empower the voices of others. Andrew is a licensed architect and he believes that through our voice and craft as designers and architects, we can make our communities a better place. Andrew has extensive experience in multi-family/affordable housing and has worked on several municipal and school projects.

In his free time, you will likely find Andrew in a movie theater catching the latest flick, whether indie or blockbuster. He also always tries to find time to play games, hike, teach, compete, and most importantly volunteer in his local community.
